Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to supply your own basic tools or purchase through toolbox program.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements and across multiple shifts, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior technician to learn repairs per company and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete work orders and learn standard repair times and warranty guidelines.
• Follow all shop safety procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with company personnel and customers.
• Train in routine preventative maintenance, parts replacement, and FHWA inspections.
