Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to supply your own basic tools or purchase through toolbox program.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements.
• Able to work across multiple shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Preferred Qualification: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior team member to learn repairs to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete work orders and train to meet standard repair times and warranty guidelines.
• Follow shop safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain professional communication with J.B. Hunt personnel and customers.
• Train to become efficient in routine preventative maintenance and FHWA inspections.
