Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and willingness to work outdoors, including nights/weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Ability to read English documents/information.
• Basic multitasking and time management skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior technician to learn repairs to company specifications.
• Follow shop safety procedures consistently.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs on air brake systems and FHWA inspections.
• Maintain professional communication with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
