Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is seeking an Experienced Trailer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of trailers, including dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and utility trailers. You will ensure DOT safety compliance and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

We offer weekly pay, a $3000 first-year sign-on bonus plus $3000 retention bonus, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive health and dental plans with generous 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trailer Technician or similar mechanical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on trailer repair experience.
• Knowledge of brake systems, suspensions, hydraulics, electrical systems and DOT requirements.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and welding/fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine trailer servicing.
• Repair or replace brake systems, suspensions, axles, landing gear, and wheel-end components.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
