Job summary

TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is hiring an Experienced Trailer Technician to perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair across a range of trailers. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems while ensuring DOT and safety compliance.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a $3000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for quarterly bonuses, health coverage, time off, and401k matching as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trailer Technician, Trailer Mechanic, Diesel Technician, Fleet Technician, or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in trailer repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of brake systems, suspension systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and routine trailer servicing.
• Repair or replace brake systems, suspensions, axles, landing gear, and wheel-end components.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems, wiring, and electrical components.
• Complete frame, body, and structural repairs, including welding and fabrication.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Document all repairs and maintain accurate work orders in the maintenance system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding repair needs.
