Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Trailer Technician I in Dallas, TX. Under close supervision, you perform basic maintenance, service and repair to trailers, containers and chassis to meet company standards at all times.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, air brake systems and FHWA inspections, accurate work orders, and adherence to safety procedures while communicating professionally with J.B. Hunt personnel and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year of semi-trailer maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Able to supply basic tools or use toolbox purchase program.
• Willingness to work outdoors and across multiple shifts, including nights/weekends.

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs to trailer equipment per specifications.
