TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) is hiring an Experienced Trailer Technician in New Jersey to diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of trailers, ensuring DOT compliance and safety. The role covers dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, and more.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills, with the ability to use diagnostic tools and welding/fabrication. We offer weekly pay, a $3000 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trailer Technician or similar role.
• Diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repair on various trailers.
• Knowledge of brake, suspension, hydraulic, electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on trailers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
• Repair or replace brake systems, suspensions, axles, landing gear, and wheel-end components.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting, wiring, and electrical components.
• Document repairs and maintain accurate work orders in the system.
