Reading Truck Group seeks a Territory Sales Manager to retain and grow an assigned portfolio across OEMs, manufacturers, retailers, and fleet customers. You will build business plans for growth, expand the group portfolio in key markets, and maintain strong knowledge of competitors and offerings.

The role emphasizes profitability, service alignment, and post-sale support. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years outside sales experience in trailer parts and related sectors, with a preferred

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience in trailer parts, repair and service industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing or Design Engineering is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Retain and grow assigned customers including OEMs, manufacturers, parts retailers, and fleets.
• Create and manage Business Plans with clear growth goals for each account.
• Develop knowledge of competitive landscape and communicate insights to leadership.
• Generate ideas to improve internal and external processes for higher performance.
• Balance customer requests with internal capabilities to manage expectations.
• Assist with service and warranty compliance after the sale.
