RSS Mobile Trailer Repair in Findlay, OH is seeking an experienced Trailer Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair for mobile service work.

Candidates should be safety minded, self-motivated, and ready to interact with customers; the role offers a competitive hourly wage, overtime after 40 hours, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401(k) after one year.

Qualifications

• Trailer Mechanic experience required.
• Outdoor, mobile service truck position.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose trailer systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems.
• Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Properly operate the mobile Service Truck.
• Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.

About the Job

A successful candidate for this position would be an experienced Trailer Mechanic or Diesel Mechanic, with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, enjoys mobile service truck work and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

• $23-$28/hour or commensurate with experience.
• Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days.
• Monday-Friday - DAYS!
• Paid holidays and vacations time.
• 401(k) after 1 year.
• Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks.
