Job summary

Depot Connect International is seeking a DOT certified Tank Trailer Mechanic for our Cherry Hill, NJ location. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and tank trailer systems, perform DOT inspections and weld TIG/MIG aluminum and stainless components as needed.

Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay ranges from $21 to $41 per hour, with skill-based reviews and potential increases every 6 months based on performance and experience. Join a team of industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems on tank trailers.
• Perform tank service and trailer suspension repair.
• Inspect tanks to DOT standards and complete inspections.
• Welding experience with TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless favored.

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Range:

$21.00 to $41.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Demonstrated Skill In Most Of The Following Areas

• The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer.
• Tank service and repair
• Trailer suspension installation and repair
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs
• Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards, complete DOT inspections
• Welding and fabrication experience - TIG/MIG, aluminum and stainless preferred
