F&G Recycling, a family-owned waste and recycling company, seeks an Assistant Trailer Logistics Manager in Wilbraham, MA. You will coordinate trailer scheduling, track fleet inventory, and support daily dispatch operations to keep routes on time and compliant.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of analyzing routes, fuel usage, and maintenance costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Assist with tracking, utilization, and placement of trailers.
• Maintain trailers and ensure readiness for operations.
• Support continuous improvement in logistics and operations.
• Assist in creating efficient routes and schedules for trailer transport.
• Enforce DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Monitor driver performance and safety reporting.

Responsibilities
