F&G Recycling is seeking an Assistant Trailer Logistics Manager to coordinate trailer scheduling, monitor fleet inventory, and support daily dispatch operations. You will help optimize routes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to safety initiatives within a fast-paced recycling operation.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and attention to detail while maintaining reliable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking, utilization, and placement of collection trailers.
• Ensure trailers are maintained, address complaints, and ready for operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and operations.
• Help create efficient routes and schedules for trailer transport.
• Enforce DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Monitor driver performance.
• Collaborate with safety on training and incident reporting.
• Analyze route performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
