Job summary

Via 313 Star Bar in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop strong teams. You will work with the management team to uphold hospitality standards and drive performance, ensuring guests receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing scheduling and inventory, and promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork. A background in restaurant leadership and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Job description

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

You'll work alongside your management team to lead daily operations, coach team members, maintain operational excellence, and ensure every guest receives the hospitality you're known for.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll:
