Job summary

Via 313 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop future leaders. You will partner with the General Manager to build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business results.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing hiring and training, and monitoring key metrics to ensure quality, safety, and hospitality standards. This role offers a clear path for growth within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21+ years old.

• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

Potential Annual Bonus: Up to $6,500 ($500 per period)
