Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food trailer operations and mentor team members.
• Coach, develop, and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
