Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Traveling Project Manager- Self Perform to lead complex projects nationwide. You will direct planning, safety discipline, budgeting, and coordination with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver on our commitments.

You’ll travel to assigned sites, apply lean principles, manage preconstruction activities, submittals, changes, schedules, and closeout, and mentor team members while upholding JE Dunn’s values and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture on the project.
• Manage prestart process and buyout schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractor pricing and change requests.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Lead monthly project reviews and closeout.
