• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage prestart and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and owners.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare change orders and owner/architect approvals.
• Lead monthly project reviews and meetings.
