Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role will oversee self-perform projects nationwide, providing leadership from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining client and team relationships.

You will travel to multiple project locations, manage safety, schedule, budget, and subcontractor coordination, and collaborate with owners, design teams, and vendors to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong communication and collaboration across design teams, subcontractors and owners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management and safety culture on assigned projects.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, budgeting, scheduling and buyout processes.
• Manage submittals, change orders and subcontractor coordination to meet project goals.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, cost and risk to stakeholders.
