Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Risk Management, Compliance or related discipline preferred.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls supporting homeowner questions and loss mitigation.
• Analyze operations processes, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with regulatory, agency, investor and change-management activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
• Gain knowledge across functions to prepare for future leadership roles.
• Support data-driven business analyses and present findings to leadership.
