Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention and support to survivors of trafficking.
• Demonstrates advanced crisis intervention skills with a diverse clientele.
• Assist with meeting basic needs at a crisis stabilization shelter and develop safety plans.
• Develops an individualized stability plan and monitors progress.
• Provides case management to help participants obtain self-sufficiency.
• Complete paperwork and data entry per policies and timelines.
• Organize and deliver service activities, transportation, and meetings.
