Job summary

Towne Park, LLC is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to direct vehicular traffic and provide exceptional hospitality to patients and guests at designated locations. You will issue valet tickets, maintain policy adherence, and assist guests with luggage when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good English communication, and the ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, outdoors in varying conditions. Prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to patients/guests.
• Issue valet tickets and follow mystery shop standards with each arrival.
• Uphold site parking policy and assist guests with luggage when applicable.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely.
