Job summary

Towne Park LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic in designated areas while delivering exceptional hospitality to patients and guests. The Traffic Coordinator issues valet tickets, upholds parking policies, and assists with luggage as needed.

Work shifts typically from 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm; entry-level to 3 months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Able to read/write English, follow directions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular traffic and provide attentive, friendly service to guests.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries and greet guests professionally.
• Issue valet tickets and uphold parking policies; assist with luggage as needed.
• Support site management and coordinate vehicle parking/retrieval safely.
