Towne Park is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic and deliver hospitality to patients and guests. You will issue valet tickets, follow mystery shop standards, and support site parking policies during arrivals and departures. The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, 1–3 months of related experience, and knowledge of traffic/valet procedures.

The schedule is 6:30am–3pm, with base pay of $17/hour. Benefits eligibility may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Strong reading/writing skills in English; basic math and verbal communication.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and parallel parking.

Aufgaben

• Direct vehicular traffic with attentive, friendly service and greet guests.
• Assist marketing with outreach efforts while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Use guests' last names when appropriate and follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Provide directions and information; share local area attractions; protect guest confidentiality.
• Obtain daily event/rate information; manage claim checks and guest folios; assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
