Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to direct vehicular traffic, issue valet tickets, and uphold parking policies with a focus on hospitality for patients and guests. The role includes assisting guests with directions and luggage as needed, while maintaining professionalism and HIPAA considerations where applicable.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with eligibility for benefits including accident and critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Ability to read and write standard English and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic while delivering attentive, friendly service to guests.
• Support marketing efforts targeted to clients.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, staff and coworkers.
• Greet guests by name when appropriate and follow Towne Park etiquette.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide local information as needed.
• Handle parking operations data and processes efficiently and accurately.
