Job summary

Biffa Waste Services in Kentucky is seeking a Traffic Dispatcher / Transport Administrator to coordinate day-to-day depot operations. You’ll allocate vehicles, plan routes, and monitor driver availability to provide best-in-class service while upholding health & safety and environmental/O-license compliance.

You will also handle administrative tasks, maintain tachograph records, and contribute to cost-efficiency through depot data analysis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local area.
• Transport manager CPC would be an advantage, or a willingness to work toward.
• The ability to plan, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines.
• A solutions-driven mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
• Customer focused, engaging and supporting a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency with business software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience in administration, call handling, or a time-critical environment is a plus.
