Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is seeking a Superintendent to lead field foremen and crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects in Sterling, VA. You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating schedules, resources, and communications with the central office and customers.

The role requires extensive experience in construction supervision, ability to read plans, manage tools and equipment, and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of combined related experience, must include Construction Technician I, Construction Technician II, and Construction Foreman I.
• Must proficiently read plans and schematic diagrams.
• Must be proficient with advanced computer skills.
• Ability to efficiently supervise others, proficient problem solving, proper decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead field foremen and site crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects.
• Implement company and regulatory safety regulations.
• Provide communication to central office and customers regarding schedule and resource management.
• Assist Project Manager with material ordering, scheduling, and utility locates.
• Complete and turn in required personal and project paperwork.
• Follow requirements for utility locates and permits.
• Wear proper PPE and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
