Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies LLC in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects. You will coordinate foremen and crews, ensure safety compliance, and communicate schedules and resources to the central office and customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least six years of related experience, ability to read plans, oversee equipment, and maintain certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum six years of combined related experience in construction.
• Ability to read plans and schematic diagrams.
• Proficient with basic and advanced computer skills.
• Ability to supervise others and solve problems.
• Able to work in adverse weather and perform heavy physical work.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• OSHA 30-hour training completion.
• IMSA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of field foremen and site crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects.
• Implement company and regulatory safety regulations.
• Provide communication to central office and customers regarding schedule and resource management.
• Assist Project Manager with material ordering and scheduling.
• Complete and turn in required personal and project paperwork.
• Follow requirements for utility locates and permits.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Wear PPE and maintain safety standards on site.
