Job summary

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily coordination of field foremen and crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects in the metro area.

The role requires implementing safety regulations, supervising subordinate staff, and maintaining clear communication with centralized offices and customers regarding schedules and resources. Candidates should have extensive field experience with heavy equipment and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six years of related experience including Construction Technician I/II and Foreman I.
• Proficient in operating field equipment and reading plans/schematics.
• Must be able to work under varying weather conditions and supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead field foremen and site crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and utility locates with Project Manager.
• Communicate with central office and customers regarding schedules and resources.
