Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum four years combined experience as a Crew Member / Laborer, Construction Technician I, and Construction Technician II.
• Operates and maintains equipment including aerial lift/bucket trucks, trenchers, derrick/digger trucks, cranes, backhoes, trackhoes, air compressors, and concrete saw.
• Must be proficient with basic and specialized hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crew and coordinate with Project Manager for material orders and scheduling.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair traffic signal infrastructure and highway lighting.
• Complete required project paperwork and maintain neat appearance.
• Communicate with customers and other contractors; ensure safety and compliance on site.
