Job summary

You will ensure work is completed safely and per project specs, manage material ordering and scheduling, supervise subordinates, and maintain certifications.

A high school diploma and multiple years of construction experience are required, with CDL Class A

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum four years combined experience as Crew Member/Laborer, Construction Technician I/II or equivalent.
• Able to read plans and schematic diagrams.
• Proficient with basic and specialized hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read and follow safety and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew in installation, maintenance, and repair of traffic signal infrastructure.
• Ensure work is completed safely and per project specs.
• Supervise and train subordinate employees on site.
• Assist with material ordering, scheduling, and utility locates.
• Maintain required paperwork and inspections.
