Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum four years of combined crew/laborer experience in construction or related fields.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read plans and schematics.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience programming and setting up controllers, video detection, and communications equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a field crew in installation, maintenance, and repair of traffic signal systems.
- Ensure work safety and adherence to project specs.
- Assist Project Manager with material ordering and scheduling.
- Provide supervision and training to project personnel.
- Maintain paperwork and communications with customers.
