Job summary

Korman Signs in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Traffic Sign Fabricator to join our production team. This on-site role involves hands-on fabrication, application, and assembly of traffic signs for national roadway use.

You will work with a range of materials and equipment, learn multiple steps of sign production, and contribute to quality and safety standards while collaborating with an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fabrication and assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow specifications and work orders.
• Good hand-eye coordination for fabrication and material handling.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish traffic signs according to layouts and specs.
• Apply vinyl film and reflective sheeting to sign blanks.
• Lift, position, and mount signs on tables and assemble with hardware.
• Prepare sign blanks from aluminum, plastic, and composite materials.
• Safely operate equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area.
