Job summary

TRP Infrastructure Services in Austin, TX is seeking reliable team members to support traffic control sign production and general labor tasks. You will help produce roadway signs, operate equipment, and complete digging and concrete work.

Applicants with sign production or general labor experience are welcome; a Class A CDL is preferred but not required. This role is full-time, with safety training and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor or traffic control sign production.
• Ability to safely operate a Bobcat or skid steer.
• Ability to mix concrete and dig holes by hand.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Produce traffic control and roadway signs per layouts and TxDOT requirements.
• Operate sign printing, cutting, laminating, and fabrication equipment.
• Read work orders and select substrates and materials.
• Inspect signs for dimensions, color, alignment, finish, quality.
• Operate Bobcat or skid steer and perform general labor tasks.
• Use hand augers, post hole diggers, and breaker bars; mix concrete.
• Maintain equipment and work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Track production quantities and material usage.
• Assist with packaging and preparing signs for shipment.
