Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related traffic, shipping, transportation, materials, inventory, or logistics documentation experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid REAL ID driver’s license.
• Must pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Review shipment worksheets, ammunition data cards, bills of lading, and supporting shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate outbound shipment activity with carrier representatives, Central Stores, supervision, and internal customers.
• Process and maintain shipment data in transportation systems and ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Generate, maintain, and track weekly/monthly operation reports and shipment tracking logs.
• Apply government-plant methods and regulations to support compliant shipping duties.
