Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Protector to join a team at multiple job sites, ensuring traffic safety and directing vehicles. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades and guide traffic with stop/slow paddles.

This outdoor role requires safety training, physical ability to lift 40–50 pounds, willingness to work in all weather, and reliable punctuality. Paid training, overtime, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexibility and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interactions with coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling cones, signs, and barricades
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity
• Following all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
