Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Greenville, SC is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and help keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.

The role requires working outdoors in all weather, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety. We offer paid training, certification, overtime potential, and benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods.
• Capability to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades at job sites.
• Use stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and maintain flow.
• Maintain a safe environment and clean vehicles/equipment.
• Follow safety training protocols and communicate with team.
• Assist with shift readiness and on-site coordination.
