The role involves setting up cones, signs, and barricades, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and keeping equipment and vehicles safe while working outdoors year-round in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods.
• Capability to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and adherence to safety rules.
• Respectful conduct towards coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment, then dismantle them after use.
• Use stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity.
• Follow all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
