Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team across multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required; comprehensive training and support are provided.

You will set up and take down traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and ensure site safety while working outdoors in varying weather, including night or weekend shifts. Opportunities exist for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or able to obtain one.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 40–50 lb safely.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Demonstrates safety awareness when around coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).
• Guide traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Follow safety procedures learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Work outdoors in all weather; shifts may include night, weekend, or emergency work.
• Stand or walk for extended periods (8–12 hours).
