Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team in Leesport, PA. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training. You will set up traffic control devices, guide traffic, and ensure safety at multiple sites with long hours outdoors.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, can lift 40–50 pounds, and adapt to all weather conditions. The role offers hourly pay, paid training, overtime, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment
• Guide traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity
• Follow safety protocols learned during training
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in safe, clean condition
• Work outdoors in all weather, potentially long hours
