Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a team at various job sites to ensure safety and proper traffic control. Training is provided, and no prior experience or degree is required.

You will set up and dismantle traffic cones, signs, and barricades, direct traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity while adhering to safety procedures learned during training. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds.
• Able to work outside in all weather and pass drug screening.
• Flexible, punctual, and attentive to safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Follow safety procedures learned during training.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
