Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join a field team at various job sites. No prior experience required as comprehensive training and support are provided; you will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and help maintain a safe work environment.

This outdoor role requires standing or walking for long periods and working in different weather. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are available.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for long periods.
Able to lift 40–50 pounds safely.
Willing to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
Flexible schedule and punctuality.
Must pass pre-hire drug screening.
Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules.
Respect coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

Set up and take down traffic control equipment.
Guide traffic safely at work zones.
Receive paid training and traffic safety certification.
