Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support our teams at various job sites. Training is provided; no prior experience needed. You will set up and dismantle traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather conditions with shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergencies. Candidates must be alert around moving traffic and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willing to work in traffic and in varying weather conditions.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Pass pre-employment screening including drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).
• Guide traffic and monitor site activity with stop/slow paddles.
• Follow safety training and protocols at all times.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather and shift patterns.
