Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team across multiple job sites. You will set up and take down traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity with a focus on safety.

No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. This outdoor position involves working in all weather conditions, with possible night shifts, weekends, or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• No degree or prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Outdoor role requiring stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and disassemble traffic control devices.
• Guide traffic safely using paddles and monitor site activity.
• Adhere to safety training and protocols; communicate with team and supervisors.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and vehicles.
