Aramsco seeks a Business Development Manager - Traffic Safety to drive growth across North America by developing national accounts and public-sector opportunities. You will build durable relationships with state DOTs, municipalities, and contractors, and lead opportunity qualification and proposals in close collaboration with internal teams.

Travel is required; Texas-based preferred. Salary is $125,000-$135,000 yearly plus bonus and benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in traffic safety or related field.
• Experience with public-sector sales and government procurement.
• Willingness to travel regularly; Texas preferred.

• Set and execute the traffic safety business plan with revenue and margin goals.
• Develop a national pipeline of public-sector and strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with agency leaders and decision-makers.
• Identify projects, respond to solicitations, and coordinate proposals.
• Lead consultative sales, negotiate terms, close new business, and expand accounts.
• Represent Aramsco at industry events and with partners.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure capacity and delivery plans.
