Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is hiring Protectors to join our team at various job sites. No experience or degree is required; training is provided and safety always comes first. You will help set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and communicate with your crew as you work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods.
• Able to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule; show up on time for every shift.
• Must stay safety-focused and follow all rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades and remove traffic control equipment.
• Use stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor site activity.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor to coordinate duties.
• Work outside all year, in all weather.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and report safety concerns.
