AWP Safety, Inc is seeking Protectors to join our team at various job sites across the United States. No prior experience or degree is required as training will be provided. Safety comes first and you will be supported in building a career.

Your daily tasks include setting up cones, signs, and barricades, using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic, and following all safety rules learned during training. You will work outside in all weather with a flexible schedule, including potential nights and

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to stand, walk and work outside for long periods.
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willing to work in traffic and changing weather.
• Flexible schedule; show up on time, every shift.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test (safety sensitive).
• Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety rules at all times.
• Treat coworkers, clients and the public with respect.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades.
• Use a stop/slow paddle to guide traffic and monitor job site activity.
• Follow training and safety rules at all times.
• Communicate with crew and supervisor.
• Help keep vehicles and equipment clean and safe.
• Work outside year-round in all weather.
• Shifts may include nights, weekends or emergency work.
• Stand or walk 8–12 hours per shift.
