AWP Safety is hiring a Protector to join our team at job sites. No experience or degree is required; we provide training and safety instruction. You will set up cones, signs, and barricades, guide traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and monitor site activity.

Stay alert, work outdoors in all weather, and communicate with your crew. You’ll receive safety gear, training certificates, and opportunities for advancement as you grow in the company.

Qualificações

• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outside for long periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screening; safety-sensitive role.

Responsabilidades

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades and remove equipment after use.
• Direct traffic with a stop/slow paddle and monitor activity.
• Follow all safety rules and training procedures.
• Communicate effectively with crew and supervisor.
• Work outside in all weather conditions; flexible shifts.
