Coastal Elite Pro seeks a Traffic Safety Protector to set up and remove traffic control devices, guide traffic with paddles, and monitor job sites for safety. Training is provided, no experience required.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, working outdoors in all weather, and collaborating with the team to ensure safety protocols are followed. Compensation includes paid training and potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screening, including drug tests.
• Commitment to safety and respectful teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove traffic control devices at worksites.
• Guide traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
