Job summary

Wavetronix is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to assist customers with installation, training, and ongoing support for ITS products. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, in-person collaboration, and strong communication across sales and service teams.

The position requires travel up to 65% monthly and onsite work in the Ann Arbor, MI area or Angola office when not traveling. Candidates should have a technical background and experience supporting traffic signal/ITS equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales or technical networking support.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical degree (EE, EET) or ITS/traffic industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Master installation and configuration of products.
• Provide technical training in field or office as needed.
• Diagnose errors and provide proper solutions to customers.
• Document processes and produce trip reports.
• Travel as required within and between territories.
