Job summary

Wavetronix in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to help install, train, and support its traffic radar products across the New England region. Travel up to 60% with a company vehicle provided; role includes on-site installations, customer training, and ongoing field support.

The ideal candidate will master installation and configuration, have basic networking knowledge, and prior field service experience in ITS cabinets.

Qualifications

• Master installation and configuration of Wavetronix core products.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets.
• Technical degree or ITS/Traffic industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide field visits and phone support to customers.
• Lead on-site installation/configuration of products.
• Diagnose errors and determine solutions.
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot Wavetronix products.
• Provide technical training to groups during visits or in office.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Document processes and travel reports in CRM.
